We are pleased to announce the release of enhancements to Praedicat’s casualty catastrophe model available in Oortfolio®. These enhancements focus on the simulation of defense and settlement behavior in the first years of a mass litigation event incorporating new models of mass litigation activation and “duty-to-defend” catastrophe.
In this webinar, Melissa Boudreau (SVP of Modeling & Chief Actuary) and David Loughran (SVP of Product & Chief Economist) will provide an overview of these exciting new model enhancements and how they impact economy-wide and portfolio-level casualty catastrophe loss estimates.
