Praedicat Announces Release of 4 New Scenarios

Praedicat is excited to announce that we’ve added four new liability catastrophe scenarios to our library! As you know, our scenarios help you to better understand casualty catastrophe risk, all while informing portfolio stress testing and portfolio risk management.

Three of the newly released liability catastrophe scenarios are related to PFAS, phthalates, and diisocyanate building contamination and will be of particular interest to those of you writing construction-related accounts. The scenarios consider the possibility property owners need to remediate flooring, wall coverings, and insulation containing these chemicals and demand compensation from responsible parties.
